What will your day look like? As a Marketing Client Services Associate, you will :
- Answer email and phone call inquiries, acting as the first point of contact for advisors.
- Consistently provide the highest level of customer service to build relationships with advisors and their staff.
- Conduct cursory, high level business development conversations to position marketing service offerings that help boost advisor growth and align with advisor goals.
- Coordinate and manage marketing efforts to drive adoption of and promote Brand Studio, the marketing content hub.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to resolve and research issues. Educate advisors on a wide range of best practices and marketing resources, including marketing collateral and social media.
You will be a good fit for the Marketing Client Services Associate role if you :
- Have 4 plus years of experience in marketing communications or digital marketing
- Have bachelor’s degree in communications, websites, marketing, or a related discipline
- Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a concise and clear manner
- Strong written skills with the ability to write client facing communications
- Have experience with CRM software like salesforce and knowledge of project management tracking tools such as SharePoint and Workfront
- Are a strong presenter and listener, with superb attention to detail and a passion for cultivating strong relationships
